Soul of Nature was born from a lifelong journey of transformation, connection, and deep listening. My work is deeply grounded in the wisdom of shamanism, shaped by an ongoing relationship with the Earth, the elements, and the unseen currents of life. From this foundation, everything I offer flows with presence, authenticity, and a heart led awareness that honours the natural rhythms within and around us.

While shamanism forms the root of my work, I practice in a multi modal way, responding intuitively to the unique needs of each person. Every session weaves together elements such as energy and hands on healing, sound therapy, movement, somatic yoga, breathwork, and gentle coaching. This integrated approach supports the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies as a whole, working with the subtle layers of the biofield and meeting you exactly where you are in your journey.

At its heart, this work is an invitation to return to balance, clarity, and self trust. It offers space to soften, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom, allowing healing to unfold naturally rather than being forced.
